Personal data protection declaration

We are aware of the importance of the protection of personal data and the privacy of our customers and therefore when keeping and processing your personal data we proceed in accordance with applicable laws, in particular with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., On the personal data protection of , Act No. 127 / 2005 Coll., On electronic communications, as well as the relevant provisions of the Civil Code, as well as the relevant European Union standards.

The personal information i2M collects is the name, surname, e-mail address and phone number. This personal data is processed only by the employees of the company alternatively by an i2M service provider and is used only for sending marketing messages from i2M and invitations to PRO VYROBA Tour. The personal data is kept indefinitely.

At any time in writing, you can contact the administrator to revoke the processing of the provided data, except for such data the administrator must process for legal reasons in the necessary time frame, or for the purpose of fulfilling the duties of the administrator or final recipient of the personal data. The administrator is entitled to transfer the personal data to the designated processor pursuant to §6 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll.

You have the right to access the personal data concerning your person, the right to adjust such personal information (especially if this is inaccurate or incomplete) as well as the right to request i2M to explain and remove the undesirable status (in accordance with § 21 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll. Personal Data Protection, as amended), especially if you believe that your personal data is processed in violation of the protection of your private and personal life or in violation of the law.

You are aware of your rights under §11, 12 and 21 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., On the Personal Data Protection("the Act"). The consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time. You are informed, you can contact the administrator to provide you with the information on the processing of your personal data and the administrator, alternatively the processor designated by the administrator are bound to provide you with such information without any delay. On your request to provide such information the administrator is entitled to a reasonable compensation, not exceeding the actual cost of the data provision. If you find or believe that the administrator or final recipient process the personal data in violation of your private and personal life or in violation of the law, especially if the personal information is irrelevant with regard to the purpose of its processing, you can request the administrator for explanation; further you may ask the administrator to remove or ensure removal of the existing status from the final recipient, in particular, this may involve blockage, adjustment, completion, or personal data deletion. Should your request under the previous sentence be found legitimate the data administrator will immediately address the issue. Should the administrator fail to comply with your request, you are entitled to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection, which is the supervisory authority. The procedure under the first sentence does not preclude you from approaching the Office for Personal Data Protection directly.
